aBOUT Cesar Ritz
The name "Ritz" has now become synonymous with world quality. This association comes from the impeccable attention to detail, the characteristics of a hotelier Cesar Ritz, the father of modern hotels.

Ritz's History in Brasil
The history of the Ritz hotels in Brazil begins on arrival of the Portuguese immigrant Cesar Sampaio Coelho at the beginning of the twentieth century (1920), who came to the city of Rio de Janeiro began his career as a rock quarry breaker that city, then go the mining town of Juiz de Fora, where he lived a cousin who helped him buy a small bar, where the media gateway to the width of 1.5 m in the bohemian area of town.
